the lasting image for me for any Olympics was Allen Iverson. Just seeing this dude with cornrows at Tattoos representing the Red White and Blue was too awesome for me.

    Yeeah

    Parade of Nations.

Alot of ballers are holding their flags.

    Yao is holding China.
    Dirk is for Germany
    Many for Argentina

Why is VSpan not holding the greek flag?

HAHA...i just did a google search and there's already an article.

    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/ot...mpics-London-wont-match-Chinese-ceremony.html

Beijing Olympics: London won't match Chinese ceremony

High up in the steepling tribunes of the Bird's Nest, as the 91,000 crowd thrilled to the most spectacular opening ceremony in Olympic history, members of London's organising committee for the 2012 Games will have taken a very deep breath.

It was huge. If I remember correctly, Dirk followed him and his was pretty big as well.

Having seen the CBC live broadcast this morning though, I have to say that NBC's coverage sucks. They politicize stuff way too much, and don't shut up.
