This is what I was talking about, each of the performers was able to add their own flavor and style to it, I don't think you can do that with the Chinese anthem. The US anthem is flexible, while the Chinese anthem is all about pumping people up. I would love to see Witney Houston (pre-crack) to sing the Chinese anthem, she would be perfect for it.
Whitney's at the Super Bowl was the best ever to me. Not only her voice, how powerful it was and what range she had but the time it was in the country then and all the anxiousness about the war. Plus the game went right down to the end. That was all time.

Yea defiantly Phelps should thank him for wining him another gold. It was funny because I was watching it with my friend, who is black, and when we saw that there was black guy in it the first thing out of his mouth was "I just hope this (term of endearment for African Americans) don't drown".
