china is the host country. it's only natural for judges to favor them if they're not flat out sucking.

see, how the **** is this rigged?

the best Chinese is 3rd, the other Chinese is way behind. that's what happened, and that's what they got.

what a bunch of whiners. complaining about everything just like that old coach who can't speak English.

the chinese girl who finished 6th in the world championships got the bronze. so the chinese did medal and were decimal points from the gold. it's not fully rigged, but let's just say it's been VERY FAVORABLE.

what does World Championship has anything to do with tonight? If someone didn't win last time, they shouldn't win this time? then why bother competing. just hand out the medals.

The fact is the Chinese did make multiple visible errors on the beam that even a non-expert could notice and got what appeared to be very high scores, and Johnson didn't but scored worse than they did despite doing a more difficult routine. It didn't affect the ultimate. outcome but it was noticeable. So people here noticed it. That's all.

that's just one event. you guys sound like the whole thing is ****ing rigged. NBA refs make way more errors than these refs today.

So can a lot countries, not saying that makes it right but it is what it is.

Controversy or not the best team won today, the Chinese gymnasts clearly didn't do as well as they are capable of doing and the American girls was better and that is why they won gold and silver.

come on. you don't have to worry about medals. it's going to pile on later. China has no chance to win total medal count.
