Official 2008 Olympic thread

Most of these sports aren't on US tv at all so it's the only chance to watch them. Not to mention the global stage, entire countries rooting for people and teams, etc...But what do I know, I'm just a sheep. Or maybe you just like being condescending.

 

man, those gymnastic dudes are insanely strong. how can they do those things on the ring. holy crap!

I really want China to win gold in Men gymnastics, but damn with the things that the USA team is currently doing there is no shame in getting silver.

 

That was a crap score by the judges should of least been a 16. That was a perfect run.

 

they are on fire. holy cow. they must be on some secret performance enhancement drugs.

i don't know. i can never tell what gets higher score. must have something to do with difficulty level. i don't have the knowledge in difficulty at all.
