Amazing that team USA has won a medal in Water Polo..... I am starting to take a liking to this Water Polo sport. It seems like a brutal game to play.
the game is too slow for my taste. it's like hand ball in water. no exciting enough. no speed for that. it's hard to play though.
she's not as fun to listen to as rowdy at swimming or tim in gymnastics, but this woman diving announcer always seems to know what the judges are going to take off for and reward and what scores to expect. maybe swimming is easier to judge or just has smarter judges, but she is spot on. and on the whole, the men are so much better than the women at not splashing, which is surprising to me. i figured it would be the other way around.
and it seemed like our teams were doing well, but NBC showing them all at once really drove the point home. we've medaled in practically everything but men's soccer and have been surprisingly good in a lot of sports. team sports, gymnastics, and swimming have been picking up the slack left by track and field.

Great Britain with a lack of class there in the 400 relay...why on earth would you wanna taunt Jamaica with the way they've been running.

True and the commentators said the same thing. Showboating is uncalled for in the Olympics, really all of sports.
Oh, oh I've got a scoring system let's use 100 for gold 50 for silver and 25 for bronze. U.S. would lead China 6275 to 6175 right now but China wouldn't like that because everybody else is going by total gold but other people don't like that because others are going by total medals. It's all dumb!
ha! someone else besides the USA sucks at passing the baton. and is it just me or is passing a baton stupid? can't you just tag the next person and really determine the fastest 4 person relay in the world instead of who can pass a baton and still run fast? i mean that would be the equivalent of the swimming relays where you just touch the wall and the next person goes. and damn, that was the worst baton pass of all time. not even close. it was so horrible they eliminated another team from the event. what a bunch of clowns, at least just screw up and stay in your lane instead of messing someone else up (i don't know if GBR had any chance or not).

Because tagging will create a space for controversy...there would be judge who determine whether or not a runner has already tagged his fellow runner.......i know u guys don't like judges
