not that i'm complaining, but why is shooting a sport? i guess it does take a huge amount of cencentration, but the only muscle involved is the trigger finger. but i'm glad we are good at shooting. :D

The very beginning was cut off as well, and it seemed that a verse or two was repeated, or out of order, then the end was cut short. Strange.

Every time before the Olympics I think that it's really not worth watching besides a few of my favorite sport... and then I always end up watching way too much of it.

It's really amazing how random sport can be interesting because it's in the Olympics... except swimming. For some reason, swimming is unwatchable for me.

Really found myself rooting for the "little guys". It's kind of pointless to even root for the US sometimes in sports we simply dominate. Man, I'm messed up.

I enjoy watching swimming the most, even though I suck at it, and rarely do it.
    Maybe it's inspirational, I dunno.

I think for me it's probably the fact that I can't recognize anyone, since they all wear goggles and a cap(or whatever that is called).

The national anthem being messed up and then completely cut off towards the end was interesting. It was definitely cut off in the building, not just on TV. The guys on TV even made a remark about it.

Watching women's gymnastics right now. I swear the balance beam is just totally F**cked up. How the hell you can jump around on that thing when most people can't even stand on it is crazy. I think the winner really comes down just not falling off.

Yea...it was totally butchered. I didn't realize it was so difficult to play back a recording but, apparently, it was on this particular occassion. lol

This may have been asked already but is all Olympics coverage exclusively on NBC?

Edit: Nevermind. I forgot about USA Network.

The scoring in the boxing is atrocious!!!!

I get annoyed watching obvious hits not being scored.
