Titans could have their choice of all the WR's if Pitt takes Mendenhall. Do they try to trade down, or do they take their pick of the litter? God knows they need some help at WR....
Yeah, Dallas was never gonna take Mendenhall. Felix is a bigger change-up from Barber. I'd be shocked if Dallas didn't take a corner with #28, even if they have to reach.
Wow, Titans take a RB. I guess they figure they'll get a WR later. Teams must be wary of taking WRs in the first round as they usually don't pan out. Makes sense.
Damn....I like the pick, just not necessarily here in round 1. I guess you can argue that all of those wr's are STILL on the board, and they could possibly use some picks to move up in round 2 and get one of those guys. I think he adds some great flexibility to their offense, and I'll be interested to see how they use him. Speed kills, and you can't coach it. But they really need some wr's, too.
That was the thinking when they picked up Chris Henry last season. I guess they can pick up a WR later, but when you have your pick at WR and it's clearly your biggest need, I don't see how you pass on it.
Wow... errr... yeah, wow. I'm thinking the Titans are gonna feel pretty stupid when there's a HUGE run on wideouts right before they pick. I just feel it.
Yeah, I agree. Chris Henry was their speed rb last year, and unless they think his off-field issues are going to hurt him, this doesn't seem like as much of a need as some other things. I'd preferred Tenn. to take a wr or Jenkins, who is still on the board.
