All of a sudden, no one can hit.

    Credit to Boston I guess

They must be cheating. Only explanation.

That's the only reason the Astros have been winning, you know.

If we can’t score a single run we wouldn’t have won anyway ... regardless of the bad call by the Ump

    Relax

1st team to score wins this pitcher duel.

    Wait...

    O well.

Let's hope Watson can play and at least have one Houston team do something good this week.

They're just one big hit away, but who is going to step up and make that hit?

We'll. Price is certainly capable of this. And with the pressure on, he's got that added bonus of us pressing. But we are one hero away from relieving this tension.

Have a feeling Jake might get pitch hit for if either of those guys get on.

I would be surprised if we score at all. Maybe 1 run.

JV and defense is keeping us in this. We just need a big swing and the whole thing changes.

We arent even close tonight. Not seeing the ball at all.

Everybody and their grandmother knew he was going change-up low and away. He threw it in the dirt and Marwin STILL swung at it.

After game 1 I talked about how much I loved this team because they treated every at bat like it was the most important one of the night... tonight has been the complete opposite of that.

I think I could honestly strike Marwin out. I don’t need to pitch 90+. Just throw breaking balls slow and in the dirt.

    It’s honestly pathetic

    Feel bad for Verlander.

Shouldn't have given up that HR and 0 run support tonight. Sad.

Oh I don’t know, maybe it’s the 27 passed balls by Maldonado or Correa failing to step on second base before throwing to first or the 126 walks and HBP our relievers have given up or the fact we’re getting shut out right now by a playoff choker on three days rest after warming up last night. If that’s not enough maybe it’s the dumbass base running by Kemp last night.

The pressure is building to do something, so every batter is feeling more and more like it's on them to get it done. This just makes them worse because they are not loose and comfortable at the plate. Completely different team than when we played the Indians.
