Kikuchi's first few games were unsustainable production-wise, but the regression is obvious after his hot start. He's still valuable no doubt though. Offense needs to keep scoring.
Or better than that, he shoulda just told kiluchi to strike him out instead of giving up the hr. stupid joe
He hasn’t been perfect but your ridiculousness makes me defend him. You literally make **** up like record in “close games”…there’s a reason no one actually keeps track of 2 run games. And what you are talking about is based on run differential. It doesn’t necessarily correlate to managerial performance. That said, we were projected last year to have 93.5 wins based on that…and we had 90. So by your logic, Dusty was in fact much worse because the idiot also didn’t play his best players. Also, we were 1-8 last year in extra inning games. How did the Duster “allow” that to happen?
Yes, it’s Espada’s fault they can’t hit a guy with a career ERA closer to 6 than 5. Then, when Pressly comes in and give up a 2 run bomb to (insert scrub here) and we lose 5-4, it will once again be his fault.
Astros 28th in the league in HIDP per game. You had to figure we were at or near the bottom. The best teams in the league do it about half as often as we do.
