Jarret Patterson might be the answer he started at C and LG last year until he broke his leg.

I saw that Scruggs was #1 in NFL for sacks allowed by a center with 3. LG, C and RG need to be the top off-season priority.

Fix it or see the season slip away. It is simple, and "talk" won't fix it. Demeco, I love you, but "clean things up". is not fixing it.

This is where I’m at, either we punt to next season, or we go for it. But “cleaning things up” is saying you’ve decided on the punt.

Their Oline was cheese cloth last year. They hire an elite OLine coach and now they are respectable.

I’ve said it before I’ll say it again. Bring him back home Nick!

Nick won’t let them waste another year.

    Replace Juice with Patterson.

Get a LG. I don’t care if it takes a 2nd round pick. Go get someone to prevent your QB from regressing which is way more important than the result of this season which has zero shot of a SB as currently constructed.

Amazing that he hasn't been seriously injured. BUT, they better address this before he does.

The more research i do on available IOL, I think we can / should do a deal with Panthers for Brady Christensen or Jarrett Kingston.

Also, could check-in with BUF to see if Tylan Grable is available, but he would be hard to get (2024 draftee) + primarily plays tackle.

Why would Buffalo trade anybody right now?

    Panthers make sense.

I would imagine that every time a GM answers a call from the Texans, the price for a guard goes up tremendously. So you need a guard to save your QB this season? What else are you going to give us?

Yeah GMs are gonna fleece us for a guard and we’re gonna have to overpay in free agency. Best solution is to hire an elite OL coach and have him come in and rate and build the line at his discretion. That includes overriding any play designs/offensive philosophies Bobby holds dearly as well as personnel (Demecos guys) the coaches and Caserio can’t quit.

Christensen is probably out... he played well at center when called upon by the Panthers.... they're moving him to LT this week

Perfect is the enemy of good- the Texans may not extract optimal value, but they have a lot of short and long term incentives to protect CJ Stroud. Something must change.
