    God if only I wasn't a baby when this happened....

    How do we best replicate this team? We have our Superstar duo. What roles players do we have that can stand in for our clutch performers from that era? Who's available in the market?

    To me, this was the GAME that defined that title run.

    It was a game/series they had no business being in... as great as that Rockets team was, the Suns/Barkley also somewhat choked (Barkley's missed FT's in game 5), along with Barkley being hobbled again in game 7.

    After they won that, even when they gave back the HCA to the Spurs in the following round, you could tell they were never concerned... this win totally propelled them into a juggernaut that won 8 of the next 10 games to win it all.

    I didn't realize how close a game it was. You only see the Elie three and think it was at the very end of the game. But man that 3/4 shot by Ainge would have been heartbreaking.
