You know, I swear Cuttino reads this bbs. When we won the 1st pick in the draft, he said he wanted Ming - just like this BBS. A couple of weeks later, the BBS has time to digest all this and now we have a bunch of Ming detractors and a bunch of Lamar Odom trades "in the works". And lo and behold, here's Cuttino saying "trade Ming, get Odom". Hmm...
Doc Rocket is really Fran Blinebury. Sorry to out you like this, Fran, but the charade's gone on long enough. You're upsetting all of the hardcore Rocket fans that have been with clutchcity.net all the way since the draft lottery two weeks ago.

My point was their relationship survived that damage. If Rudy wanted Dream to stay and contribute, Dream would still be a Rocket. The leak, and subsequent damage, was put aside. Your question "Do you think Dream would still be a Rocket, had that not leaked?" to wich I answer, it did not make any difference.
It doesn't matter who Doc Rocket and Popeye are!! They are the life blood that keeps everyone coming back to this board with so much anticipation. Sure, some of what they say may never maticulate, but that's the game of personnel management. It is fair to say that some of the best block busters happen under a deadline. Remember the Astros trade for Randy Johnson!! I beleive that Doc Rocket and Popeye are saying what is going on at the time they say it. They keep us updated. Does that mean the Rockets are going to jump at the first available trade offer, I'd expect not!! The Rockets are in a position where they hold a lot of barganing chips. And if no trade offers come, the Rockets could take Dunlevy at #1 if China is really being an a$$ about this negotiations. Last thing we'd want is for Steve to bold because we took Williams. The other top posters in my opinion are Clutch, Jeff, Rocket, and Hey Partner. I like reading all of your posts, keep it up.
