Put me in the rank and file of the CriscoKid's group. I have to believe that with SF being such a glaring weakness - that CD & Rudy will opt to go with a SF in the draft. -Turbo
You do realize drafting a SF will not win you the bet. That drafted SF must see game action before Langhi does. Unless he is a top 6 pick, I don't see that happening. ------------------ I always thought "With my talent, it's only a matter of time before I'm discovered". Now I think "With my talent, it's only a matter of time before I'm found out".
Tears, hurt feelings, resentment ... these are the stakes of this unholy bet. For the love of humanity, please desist. But, as Mr. T says, "That's just jibba jabba". ------------------ women love me, records make me poo
NO FREAKING WAY HP WINS!!! so there are actually people who think one of our 12th men, Wiz, Bull, or Langhi, are the sf solution for the Rockets? pfft. Rocks will get a new sf with one of their draft picks, and that player will be better than either one of those bench players. I mean just look at the draft, SFs SFs all around. Hell, they'll TRADE for a new sf before they let Langhi get too much time. Im flushing Heypoofarthead's debunked theorys down the comode. bye bye, and take your 6 zillion post count with you. ------------------ .,.·^*'´'|'\..........,.·^*'´¯¯¯'`*^·,...,/|'`*^·-, '|.......'|::\......,·'.....,.·:*:·,......'`i:'|.......| '|.......'|:::|.....;.......':,:::,:·.......';:|.......| '|.......|::;i - ·;i'`:,......¯¯.......,·´|::|.......| '|.......'´.......'|'i:::`*:~·.–·~^*'´: :'|::|.......'`*·-, '|........,.-:^:':'\:'`:;:: :: : : : :: ::;·'i::/`':^·.,......`'i '|..,.:'´:::::::::::'\| '`*^~·:–:·~^*'´..'|/:::::::::'`:^:., | '´:;:::::::::;:-·^*'´.....................`'*^·:;-.....:;·' ....`·;:·'´........................................'`^·:;·´ [This message has been edited by CriscoKidd (edited June 20, 2001).]

Beat me to it, HP. Do these people not even read the posts above them? ------------------ I always thought "With my talent, it's only a matter of time before I'm discovered". Now I think "With my talent, it's only a matter of time before I'm found out".
Lost me on that one.... ------------------ I always thought "With my talent, it's only a matter of time before I'm discovered". Now I think "With my talent, it's only a matter of time before I'm found out".

Ok HeyP, as much as I want to disagree with you, I must capitulate and say that the Rockets will go Big and I'll take it a step further and say the Big Guy is Diop. I've been thinking this for some time now and I posted a few weeks back after having a discussion with various people that this may be the case. Anyway count me in. ------------------
Pahdnah I'm in, Langhi plays 18-20 minutes per game, averages 8+ and 6 ribbies. You heard it here first ------------------ Losers always whine about playing their best, winners go home and **** the prom queen" -Sean Connery, "The Rock"
I bet that langhi is the first person on the team to Airball his shot. Ill bet my MONIKER on that! ------------------ "Break off the block like Maurice Green" --- Steve Francis President of the Moochie Norris fan club.
Are the Rockets planning on trading him to the Bulls of the Warriors because that is the only way Lanky will get 18-20mpg or unless he's been hanging out with 2 Sandwiches all off season! ------------------
Lets see,we have 3 first round picks and we have 2 options trade them for a higher one or use them all. 1st optionlayers regarded as top picks- Curry:HS kid,not rudy type, same for diop, brown Woods:not worth a top pick, should go around 10(haywood even later) Then you have battier, griffin, johnson, white, gasol, even radman all as possible pickups. 2nd option:We have KT,collier, cato, crog(not for long),maybe dream, maybe c-webb,bull also plays some PF.There is no place for 3 rookie bigmen... Conclusion,we'll pick a SF,defenitely, plus with the limited roster space(just look at it,there's way too many people) there is no spot for colson or any other 3rd string pointguard. I'M IN ------------------ The time is now, step up.
Thank you, Linda Richmond! ------------------ "How far you go in life depends on you being tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving and tolerant of the weak. Because someday you will have been all of these."
Boy I can't wait till Heypee's side wins. So I can name someone: the_cusp_of_foreskin ------------------ The proud President of "The Tree Question." Foundation. If you were a tree, what kind of tree would you be? Quote from Heypartner: "p*****s." In response to the r****ds with "What if?" questions.
HeyPlayboy Just a question for you. Do you expect us to carry 4 centers on this team?(Dream, Cato, Collier, and Pick) Let me answer it for you. There is no way we will carry 4 centers on the active roster. I guess you think there will be a trade. If that trade does happen then what will we get in return? A small forward right. If we resign Mo, we will keep Dream. If we get Webber, we will draft or trade for a small forward. Either way the new player will get in the game before Langhi. I think Walt will be traded to a team that needs an outside shooter to challenge the new zone defense. The teams that are interested in Bull should also be interested in Wiz considering he is in the last year of his contract. ------------------ Fuggetabout it [This message has been edited by bigboymumu (edited June 20, 2001).]
Question back to you BigBoy, Do you think the cryptic scrolls of the Devil Rocket were talking about trading Dream and/or Cato!
