Determining the Winning side Determining the winning side is up to Crisco and I admitting defeat and all others must accept that decision as a team. If I admit defeat, my whole team loses. Answer to UofTOrange The following is an explanation to a direct question from UofTOrange, and is not to be construed as a redefinition of the first sentence of the first post, or the conditions of winnning or losing. If we do not get a new SF from the draft, another team or another league who is projected higher than Langhi on openning day, then Criso's side loses, because Crisco's side is actually saying that we need a new *starting* SF. My side is saying, not only will we not get a new *starting* SF, but we won't get one who even leap frogs Langhi on the depth chart.
This bet has nothing to do with Langhi being a starter. Langhi is merely a measure of skill for the new SF, so that Crisco's side has a chance in hell of winning. Hell, Crisco actually expects us to pursue an NBA starter via trade or free agency. I'm being nice to the CriscoKidds; your new guy merely has to be better than Langhi by Oct 31st. Your new guy does not have to start openning night like Crisco really believes, yet, of course, neither does Langhi....Crisco and I have NEVER stated that Langhi must start.
