I didn't find Beasley mentioned on the link that you posted in the other thread.

Odom Is Underestimating Lakers' Owner Jerry Buss

    OK, you made it up.

    I asked this question:

What is the incentive for Miami to do that deal?

To this point in time, you have given me other things, but none that can answer my original question.

I realize that you are a Laker Fan, but it takes two sides to agree on a trade.

Put yourself in the shoes of a Miami Heat fan or a member of Miami Heat management for two minutes and answer my original question.

What is the incentive for Miami to do that deal?

The incentive is that they want Odom and the MLE is apparently not enough therefore the only other option is a sign and trade where Miami gives up one of their 4's (Beasley/Haslem) to open up minutes for Odom. But this

    is the crux of it.

    Thank you

I would be shocked if Miami did Beasley + Filler for Odom.

Haslem could be considered, but then it becomes something that the Lakers might be hesitant to do. Not sure how Haslem would fit in as a sixth man because he is a different style of player than Odom.

Also, the bigger the deal that Odom gets from Miami, the more salary the Lakers have to take back in a Sign & Trade.

Perhaps something creative will be done.

LA offered 3 yrs 30M or 4 yrs 36M, way more than 5 yrs MLE.

Why don't you go wash your face, calm down and chill? I'm "proclaiming" anything of the sort. What a joke.
