Odom for #15

    I would do the #15 and KT for Odom but does that work under the CBA? Odom makes 2.812 million and KT only makes 946k. How much does the #15 count towards the cap?

    Believing NVE is a team leader as your premise for this trade, invalidates this trade.

    Dal will not trade NVE for a soft PF.

    They will trade him for a Dale Davis type though.

    KT is probably the last PF in the NBA that Dallas would trade for.

    We would probably have to throw in fillers.

    This deal would work, if we drafted a player for the Clips, then traded him, so that the salary would count in the trade, whicih would make the trade eligible. However, I think there's some rule that stipulates that you can't trade a signed rookie until like January or something.

    Obviously, we would have to sign that rookie first, for him to count against the cap.
