The have a party at my funeral" thing always sounds nice at first, but I can't imagine family and close friends being in the mood for that. Know it's a common thing for some cultures, but we're more used to being sad and crying at a funeral service. I wouldn't want to be forced to smile or "party"after a very close person died.
