When I was a minor I was taken home by the police for trespassing/curfew. They didn’t cuff me but did ask me to place my hands where they could see them while they walked me to the squad car. They ended up just taking me home. I imagine it’s not a good look to cuff a kid just like it’s not a good idea to cuff a politician for minor offenses. Now if she broke into the Supreme Court and started crushing police officers with doors I’d hope they would be more aggressive.
If She broke into the Supreme Court and killed an officer, they would salute her and tell her good job fighting for our countries freedoms.

Again… since you are having so much trouble with this one: Either you can believe Marjorie Taylor Greene or the police themselves. They say they “arrested” her which would imply that yes she was processed in some way or at the minimum had a violation written up at the scene after she was moved. I’m sure the capitol police have a quick and easy system for processing protest arrests since it’s a daily routine. Back in the day I was in DC and we were outside the White House standing by an anti Iraq war protest and a friend of mine was taken to this side building of the DC court office which was like a few blocks away. You could easily walk there. If that’s still the case I imagine that’s where AOC went too. Does that clarify this earth shattering scandal for you?? Because apparently with Republicans the biggest story of the day isn’t the earth scorching or gas prices or protecting children in the classroom from getting shot up with an AR15… no… it’s whether or not AOC faked being arrested or not… when clearly a cop was escorting her visually and the capitol police themselves say it was AN ARREST. Again… you guys are obsessed. It’s unhealthy.

Yes she was, you can clearly see the officer with his hand on her shoulder. She was under arrest. Note the definition you provided mentions nothing about handcuffs, the back of patrol cars, or anything of that nature.
I recall when I speculated on Trump's motives you were critical that I was mindreading. So I wanted to uphold your respectable standards.
