Going back to obscure 80's Movies. Does anyone remember one about a 16 year old kid(?) who tries to start or is in a rock band? I think the character's name might have been Joey?
"The Slugger's Wife" with Rebecca DeMornay playing an aspiring singer who starts a relationship with an Atlanta Brave. There are some cheesy cover songs in it and oddly enough it's a Neil Simon movie, but I liked it and Rebecca looks good in it.
If you've got the hot n sweatys for young Diane Lane (and what red-blooded American male doesn't?), check out "The Big Town". She plays a stripper and gets all kinds of nekkid. Just white hot.
That was a good Film Gregory is underrated IMO I liked him in RUNNING SCARE . . . with the comedian .. . goodness his name escapes me now!!! GGGGGRRRRRR [song stuck in my head now. . . CHANT SWEEET FREEEDOMM - Micheal McDonald] Rocket River
Just found the trailer for my contribution. Misunderstood - a tearjerker with Henry Thomas and Gene Hackman. I watched it every time it aired on cable, just over and over again. Henry Thomas always made me cry at the end. The Stone Boy - A drama about a boy who accidentally shoots his older brother. It starred Robert Duvall and the 3rd kid from the Explorers movie. Like Misunderstood I watched it tons of times back when it aired on cable but have yet to watch it again since then. Other favorites: Cloak and Dagger, D.A.R.Y.L, The Journey of Natty Gann
