    It's Katy vs. Cy-Fair day in the playoffs.

    Katy extending their lead on Cy-Fair. 27-7 in the 2nd.

    On the other end, Cy-Creek pounding Cinco Ranch, 33-7, as Creek just missed an extra point. 33 unanswered after Cinco scored on the second play of the game.

    Cy-Woods vs. Taylor to come later

    Katy defeated Cy-Fair 55-20, as Donovonn Young rushed for 193 yards on 19 carries and scored 3 TDs. Adam Taylor rushed for 140 and 2 TDs

    Battle of the Cougars: Cy-Creek beats Cinco Ranch 54-28. 600 yards of offense for Creek, Devan Demas with 273 yards rushing and 5 TDs on 38 carries.

    In other games, Klein falls to Leander 14-7 and Pearland thrashes Beaumont West Brook 51-22. Klein Oak is trailing Round Rock Stony Point 21-14 in the 2nd.

    kinda always has been for me too, but now my nephews are in the program so it's taken on a little extra significance for me. my nephew lost his first game in high school the last jv game of the season. that program is just phenomenal.

    yeah..so your rooting for us I take it..of course..if by some miracle we can beat Katy..then theres no way the Oilers are beating us.

    (yeah..I know..slim chance we beat Katy..in that case..good luck against the Tigers next week)

    that north shore/katy game was intense. great crowd. pearland v. katy next weekend at rice should be an outstanding game. planning on celebrating at kay's after.

    Trinity has the ball on the Coppell 3 down 40-35 with 3 seconds left!!!

    AND......

    Trinity scores to win the game 41-40!! They'll meet the winner of DeSoto and Stony Point. The Trojans trailed the entire game until the very very end.
