Sucks... But does war. A buddy of mine had to shoot a 12 year old boy in afghanistan because the kid pointed an RPG at this convoy. Messes you up. War is war, Obama (not to defend him in any way) will have collateral damage as did his predecessors and those next in line.
There is every reason to ask for accountability for any act of war. You have to ask if it's justified. It's a different scale for people we elect though. Killing folks is a requirement of the job. It's just whom and how many.
Now you're not even trying. If you knew anything about politics, other than your own, you might know that the constitutional congressional mandate for declaration of war has been overridden by executive order as far back as June 18, 1812. I'd give you a history lesson but you're clearly such a patriot, you'd never forgive me.
