We've been on the decline for a little while now... I personally blame bush and Obama.

As for your little list that Obama has had to endure in his first term. I submit he has handled most of them wrong but I did expect that out of someone who has had little to no experience.

Or... maybe we see through the veil of deceit and realize that governments and special interests act in their best interests, not ours. We began our decline a long time ago, we are silently collapsing at present moment.

man, it seems like 90% of the population is just blindly trusting their shepherds off a cliff. There is more to this picture than what you think you see.

how would you have handled them differently?

What could he have done with the oil spill that would have actually mattered? More photo ops? How should he have reacted to the time square bomb plot? Or the afgan / iraq war? Or the economy - not do the stimulus?

here we ago again, Red Chocolate and his dramatic "90% of the population" theories, completely changing the subject...

after another typical thread by the OP in which he isn't held accountable.

I'm always interested on why people believe what they read in chain emails.

Where the hell are people supposed to get this touted "experience?" Is there some "terrorism and recession" internship program we don't know about?

My apologies to you. I didn't realize you would read the "lack of experience" comment and think only of "terrorism and recession internship program". when I said experience I meant more than that of a community organizer and more than only two years of a congressman. I do understand that perhaps that "lack of experience" comment wasn't needed for my post and that we can always quarterback a play after it has already been done. However, your comment while trying to be funny is a little bit ridiculous. Experience is a combination of knowledge and skills that give you insight to an event/action. The more experience you have the better you are to manage a situation. Would you like an example of someone who is building up her experience to make a run at the presidential office without going through a "internship program"? Hilliary Clinton.

I am sure it is a vast conspiracy. You and Red Chocolate should investigate immediately.

Guys, Tony posted this because he believes in the New World Order. One world government. One of the first steps is to get ride of regional symbolism and put forth a global platform after the economic collapse and world wide genocide.

Haven't you guys read about the Denver International Airport?

Haven't you heard? The size of your American Flag lapel is directly proportional to your patriotism. As you can see in Figure 1 below, Sarah Palin is a huge patriot (and a REAL American!!):

It's too bad they don't give those secret decoder rings as prizes in Crackerjack boxes anymore.

Once the Man figured out what was up, all you can get now are lousy stickers.
