    do you believe Obama is a US citizen or not?

    you mentioned Obama being "above the law"- which specific law are you referring to and was he required to be in the courtroom in Georgia?

    Yes he was required to be in court. He told the folks in Georgia he would not be attending. Judge them made a ruling that punishes him for it. Now I'm being told they are overruling the judge on this one. What gives.

    I think there is still questions that aren't answered yet regarding his birth certificate. If you want me to elaborate I will, but I'd rather stay out of that.

    This seems to be an issue where in the eye of the public you're either for or against it. I'm in the middle, if the "birther" people have questions, i think its reasonable to ask them and expect a response from the other side. Just the entire ordeal seems fishy. So many questions, so much time passed by before he released the BC.

    The birther people asked. He answered first by providing a legal acceptable form of certification of birth. The kept asking, and he answered by providing his birth certificate. It's all been answered. If they still have questions, they are just being silly.

    Questions were asked and answered many many times.

    Do you really expect the leader of the free world to drop everything over this ridiculous bit of frivolous nonsense? Oh, and nobody overruled the judge on anything. What do you mean you are being "told" he's being overruled? Who are these people who are "telling" you things? Do they broadcast through the fillings in your teeth? Even though the judge wanted his lawyer there, he still ruled in favor of Obama and the secretary of state of Georgia agreed.
