If you have to rewrite it to argue with it then you have nothing. Slavery was always unconstitutional, even before the 13th Amendment. The problem was, slaves were considered property and not citizens. They had a loophole. How did that 18th amendment work out again?
It might if it were not for the fact that if you had a pound of enriched uranium in your bedroom you would die from radiation sickness. Therefore you FAIL.
Let me slow this down for you. Do you agree with this statement, and if not why not? “Law-abiding, responsible citizens do not and should not need to ask anyone's permission or approval to engage in a peaceful activity. Nuclear weapon ownership, by itself, harms no other person and cannot morally justify criminal penalties.”
You're the guy who was talking out his butt about Taiwanese health care too, right? Shouldn't you be in school?
LOL! it must suck to get burned twice in a row shown the massive holes in your logic and conclusions so clearly.
Why don't you get lost and start a topic about nuclear weapons and we will continue talking about the 50 million responsible, lawful, moral, American citizen gun owners who are protected by the The United States Constitution that you have such a problem with?
You would be taking it wrong, but if that's what it takes for you to live with your Constitution hating self, go ahead.
actually your weak attempt to use what you saw as a winning argument on yourself totally backfired when you failed to realize that the trick is to switch the words AND make the second statement TRUE. Therefore you are fail.
No offense meant, but Canada's gun control is incredibly stupid for a country with so much wilderness and so many lightly populated areas. I've had several of my co-workers that are here from Calgary, some of them licensed handgun owners, ask about the legality of them buying guns in the US. They want to keep everything legal, but it's apparently a lot cheaper and easier to buy it here in the States and then register them in Canada than to buy them in Canada. And some of them are looking for "bear defense" guns that they claim they can't get approval for in Canada.
