Wasn't TexasDarlin claiming (based on exhaustive analysis) that Obama had forged the "Certificate of Live Birth" using a copy of his sister's CLB. And that you could see her name in the digital image after processing it with Photoshop or some other graphics program?

How did that all that turn out?

Still, if in the remote chance the suit succeeded, would Biden or Hillary be the Democratic nominee? Would a new convention be convened? How would that work?

If, in the remote chance that McCain would die between now and November 4th, would Palin or Huckabee be the nominee? Would a new convention be convened? How would that work?

I thought about posting the same thing but then I thought maybe thumbs was seriously asking about what would happen if it happened on either side. Honestly, I do not know.

Seriously, I think both have bylaws that would allow the National Committees to pick a candidate. It would not automatically go to the VP nominee.

On the Repub side, if McCain dies I don't know who they would pick. On the Dem side, if Obama dies, it would either be Hillary or Gore.

After the election, but before the Electoral College is another story. The winning party would probably put forward the VP nominee, but the electors would, as always, not be bound by the popular election results.

It was an honest question, but Rimrocker apparently sees a dark conspiracy against Obama under every rock. The reason I asked Glynch is because he is an attorney who would know these procedural things.

The premise for your question was ridiculous.

Obama is an American citizen and eligible for the Presidency.

If you had phrased it without buying into TJ thought, i would have given you a serious answer, like I did Lil Pun.

I don't visit the D&D often...and now I know why. TJ - you're either a crazy guy that has lost his mind or a genius that enjoys pissing everybody off. Either way, you're the engine that keeps this machine (D&D) running. Keep up the good work. I'm glad you're unbanned, it makes for a lot more entertainment.

    LOL oooo T_J

If our side of the aisle cared as much about rumor and innuendo as you do, guess what topic would have a thread up to about 25 pages today?

    Enjoy the show.
TJ is all about the entertainment factor.

Either his tenacity at the game is indefatigable or his blind loyalty to his cause is
almost admirable, if it weren't quite so twisted. G.Gordon Liddy twisted.

He probably considers that a compliment.

    (You're so vain)

The greater, general since of logic usually prevails over him fairly easily. Just say "Take The Bet".
