Note the qualifier "in the eyes of the state". They are two different documents. Obama can not produce his actual birth certificate, possibly because he had to renounce his citizenship when he became a citizen of Indonesia. Again, all of this can be cleared up if he produces the documents. He's hiding right now behind technicalities. Hiding.

If you object to the guy, as I do, object to him based on what his positions are, his policies, his intentions. Forget what he looks like, forget his name, forget where he was born or where he went to school or what his father/step father/whoever may have written on some piece of paper halfway around the world. They worded it that way because it's good enough to fool 95% of the population (basically anyone that reads things without a lawyer's precision). Do your homework.
