WTF - those are just people who are eligible to join the military. That's essentially a census count of all males between 16-49. The same page lists total troops as 1,449,000, which is the correct number of troops.

Combined with the 302,000 strong Paramilitary forces and the Coast Guard, the Military of Pakistan has a total size of nearly 1,000,000 personnel. According to your "logic," our military is 67.7 million men and 67 million women strong for a total force of 134.7 million. Now, why are we having troops do multiple tours in Iraq again?
