While obviously almost all politicians are BSers, isn't Obama speaking off the record here? (or well, it was supposed to be anyway).
Now hold on here. If your position is that Obama was not specifically referring to Libya when he said "terrorist act" then you can't say he was specifically referring to Romney when he said "bull****ter."
It sure does beg the question of why Obama would call it a terrorist attack and then almost immediately turn around and say it was a protest of a video. It sure does give the impression that he had no clue what happened and was using all labels to cover his ass.
