I'm pretty sure if R2k is giving bad advice, it's up to Clutch to correct him, not you.

Not at all. It's fun to watch people poke R2K because his smackdowns are the only ones that rival Clutch's. Keep on keepin' on, please.

In what way am I "poke R2K" exactly? You are making an asinine statement that the only one on the bbs able to correct him is Clutch. R2K isn't saying anything that ridiculous, and would totally disagree. You got mad, move on.

    Kid has political sig.
    I tell him it's a no-no.
    He tells me to hush.
R2K, an admin on this site, tells kid it's a no-no.
    You tell admin he's wrong.
Kid asks who admin who he is.
I tell kid that he's an admin.
You make an irrelevant wise-ass remark about Clutch posting something four years ago about political signatures outside of D&D.
    Kid changes sig.

If you are looking for someone who's mad, it's the guy questioning an admin, someone that Clutch has put in charge of assisting him in moderating this site. If R2K is wrong, Clutch should be the one to tell him, not you.

You pick the most random things about which to start a pissing match. I'd recommend getting out more.

It wasn't a pissing match, you are just white knighting for R2K when he doesn't need it.

Clutch said it 4 years ago or 4 days ago, it's still the rules.

Nah, he hasn't. If anyone has failed, it's you. It's your failure to perceive the world outside of your sheltered vision of what YOU wish America could be.

Granted, Barack has had numerous tough issues to address. Many of those came from your incompetent homeboy GWB.

If you want to be specific to the thread and choose between Mitt and Barack, examine ALL of Mitt's failures. Failed at a state level, has failed in past campaigns and he still fails to come up with logical solutions to problems. At least Obama attempts to make ground on the issues. Romney stands behind his millions and tries to discuss things that he doesn't come close to understanding or identifying with.

When Barack is re-elected, it will be another landslide. I believe in the people of America to make the best choice for all involved. It wasn't McCain and it sure isn't Mitt. Kudos to your party for choosing a weak candidate.

As usual, I'm going with the write-in option:

    Before they do that...

Can you explain why running a budget surplus right now is a positive thing?

Also, can you explain how the president controls gas prices?

Not an option since he wasn't born in the US

(although that may not be a requirement anymore)

I'd be more interested for him to explain how Romney's severe tax cut and military spend proposals will decrease the deficit (never mind run a surplus). His spend cuts, assuming he'd be able to implement them (esp on medicare and SS), will take a long long time to take effect. Tax cuts and spend boosts would be much more near term.

Any deficit hounds out there really don't have a dog in the race for 2012.

I'm still perplexed by this "Bush didn't repeal something because Democrats told him it would work" argument. The time travel issues notwithstanding.
