Many might not know much of his stance on any issue, but they get the general idea that he is pretty much the opposite of Bush. That speaks volumes about how the Bush administration - not the USA - is perceived in the rest of the world, even among allies of the USA.
QFT...and I love how bigtexx and TJ assume that Mccain backers know what he stands for..welll wait I stand correct they do know what mccain stands for, Ridding on obama's jock cause thats all you see or hear in mccain ads... anyways the average american doesnt know much about either canadates stance on issues...Now thats a fact, just talk with people from either side and you will find out how misinformed they are...but thats the nature of politics and why going negative seems to work so well
Here is a list of the types of gaffes that make a candidate a joke: 1. McCain doesn't even know who is in charge in Iran. 2. Iraq/Iran, Sunni/Shia: McCain doesn't know the difference. 3. McCain still thinks Czechoslovakia (which split into two countries in 1993) exists. 4. McCain wrongly claimed that Baghdad was mostly normal. 5. McCain called Baghdad market safe. 6. McCain can't even remember how little he knows about the economy 7. McCain falsely claimed he never requested pork. 8. McCain falsely claimed that tax cuts increased government revenues. 9. McCain's claim to be untainted by special interest money is false. 10. McCain wrongly claimed he never supported amnesty.
Isn't the fact that Trader_Jorge is supporting McCain enough reason to think twice before voting for McCain.
McCain doesn't even know what he stands for. It's for whatever his team believes will help win him votes. He's Jimmy Buffett with the flip-flops in his closet. John Kerry is jealous.
So between this ad and the Britney/Paris ad, it seems that McCain's campaign strategy is to point out how popular Barry O. is I don't think they thought this through too well
Well on planet Wingnut (where up is down and black is white) being admired and popular is a bad thing.
I think that TJ and co are actually sociologists who are just looking to see how to stir up the pot. Just like those sociologists who "pretend" to be homeless to see people's interactions or who go to jail to see how the social enviornment is behind bars. Because there is no way anyone can be that stupid to actually make the posts they do. They have single-handedly made more people "liberal" on this board by deliberately taking a nut-case stand with conservatism. People take a look at their posts and illogical arguments and ask themselves "although I don't support liberal ideas, do I really wanna be associated with these guys as a conservative"? Thanks a lot guys, I applaud your efforts. Obama needs more folks like you.
I don't think "Dubbya" is running for president this time. So I'm unable to see the relevance to this post.
considering you could actually make about a 40 hour video of all of wonderful quotes and mistakes by mr bush. a couple of random germans talking about obama is the best someone could come up with at this moment is humorous.
I was just woken up by a very interesting phone call... Seems as though Barry is going to have some legal challenges to his eligibility for President in the near future... I'm tired tonight, hitting the sack. More to come tomorrow, friends! Things are going to get Barry interesting, friends!
I got a call tonight it was the same person who told you there was going to be a video of Michelle Obama chumming around with Farrakhan and shouting death to whitey. We had some good laughs.
