Man, can you tell me something friend?

    I need a location.

    Like I mean GPS coordinates.

I need the location which says there is a wormhole, directing me to the parallel universe where there is a dual, less-exacting system of justice, with one track for citzens, and one track for non-citizens

Cause, wherever, whenever, on the space-time continuum you think it may be, according to everything I know to date, and publicly available law, which is google-able by anybody and everybody with the facility to use a keyboard........

    it ain't here.

I'm just amazed that we have so many people in this country who are okay with abandoning our principles as a nation and have such bloodlust in their hearts.

Since we aren't happy with a man who killed hundreds getting out in maybe 15 years with good behavior, we have "bloodlust in our hearts"?

If he killed hundreds, he wouldn't be getting 15 years.

To be clear, they ruled there was not enough evidence to convict him of the deaths.

The Framers knew the difference between the term person and citizen. Take for example, this clause talking about who was able to serve in the House of Representatives:

Anther example are the requirements to be President:

Now, to the Bill of Rights, specifically the 5th Amendment:
Note: It does not say citizen.

Again, the Founders knew the difference between citizen and person and chose their words deliberately. Anyone who tries to conflate the two or ignore the distinctions dishonors the men who founded this country and the ideals they stood for.
