In 2014, the Fed received a FISA approved court order to wiretap Paul Manafort, stemming from his lobbying efforts for the corrupt Ukraine President, who had been deposed and now living in Russia under Putin's protection speculations abound that wired-tapped conversations reveal that Manfort had asked Russia to help w Trump's campaign
So let me get this straight? Trump fans tonight are celebrating like they won the lottery that in spite of the fact that wire tapping requires a FISA warrant which requires probable cause, that since Trump was technically kinda right (although not right at all) it's a win!!! You idiots are celebrating that there was in fact enough probable cause to get a FISA warrany on Trumps campaign manager... You guys are brilliant. You don't even realize that if Trump was right in his Tweet months ago, that's actually bad news for Trump. Him being wrong was actually a good thing. But keep celebrating your apparent "win". You'd rather Trump associates and Trump be right and in jail than wrong and be innocent of high crimes. Smart way of looking at the world.

Apparently if a resident of Trump Tower was wiretapped at any point in time, that makes Trump's tweets vindicated. Since its been widely reported for years how much of a cesspool Trump Tower is for money laundering, shell companies, and Russian Oligarchs, it was only a matter of time before Trump fans would have been able to spin that he was correct just as they always do in the spirit of clairvoyant Trump who always finds a way to say he has Bran Stark like foresight when really he's just saying as much BS as he can throw against the wall in hope that something sticks.
The mere fact that Manafort was targeted and surveilled by the US government in 2014 pretty much throws a giant wrench into the whole "Obama and his shills targeted Trump". Don't blame Obama for Trump hiring a criminal suspect as a campaign manager. Blame Trump but that would require some mouths to remove themselves from Trump's ****.
they found nothing in 2014. so he wasn't a criminal. the case was reopened after trump won the nomination.
Key word 'suspect' and there was no claim that they "found nothing". It would make rational sense for our government to have their warning indicators on when someone who is being investigated and survielled is hired as the campaign manager of a major presidential candidate. Wouldn't you want our government to have their red flags set off also in this instance?
if they found something in 2014 then why was the case dropped? Depends on their justification for reopening the case. You can't start spying on someone because 2 yrs ago you suspected them of something and convicted them of nothing. That's some big brother bullshit.
