Can Trump take DOJ, Obama, whomever was responsible for wiretapping Trump and his aides to court? I mean it's clear they found nothing since no charges, no arrests, nothing, nada, zilch. Trump is the real victim here.
If he wants to, he can try to take FBI, NSA, and the Fisa court to court, lol, but if Obama did not order the wiretap, he cannot just accuse Obama of that, and how do you know they found nothing, why did Flynn resign?
Clearly you still don't know how a FISA warrant is issued even 48 hours after this has all gone down. If Trump was wiretapped, a federal judge would have had to approve it, and it would have had to have been requested from the DOJ & the intelligence agency who presented the evidence that resulted in probable cause. The only thing that could happen is this getting sent to the Supreme Court where they can overturn the Federal Judges decision to warrant the wire tap. But that would have happened months ago. Again, we keep on having to point this out... Trump is not above the law. He can't overturn our court system in past tense for a decision that happened months ago. He has no play here other than to Declassify the FISA warrant if he finds that there was one which is in his power to do.... But WHY THE HELL would Trump want the world to know that a Federal Judge found probable cause to wire tap him? That only would prove that he's pretty damn guilty of something. Trump can do nothing here but declassify the FISA warrant which would be stupid. ............. If Trump finds out that Obama himself was hiding in the Air ducts at Trump Tower with a Tascam audio recorder than an investigation can be launched by law enforcement officials... ala the FBI who have already come out and said that NO WIRE TAPPING has occurred. Again... Trump is not a police officer, he's not a judge, and he's not a King of a primitive bush civilization. He's not above the law. The law enforcement agencies need evidence, and so far there is none. Case closed.

James Comey.... the guy who helped Trump win the election more than anyone else (including Putin). Watch Trump turn on him and fire him ASAP and put another sycophant in charge of the FBI. I'm actually pretty damn surprised he hasn't put Giuliani in charge of the FBI yet. Nothing will surprise me anymore. You want to see absolute power.... watch Trump take over the FBI, and do his best to fill every federal judge opening he can in the next 2 years. How much will the Republicans let him get away with & how much bandwidth does he have to actually get it done in 4 years?
I do not know if he is good or bad, he helped Trump during the election, but he is not a puppet for Trump 100% of the time, so I believe Trump will put in someone who is more of a "team player".
I think you need to wrap your head around the concept that for many people in powerful positions, there is a limit to just how much of their honor they are willing to toss in a dumpster. Comey was willing to inject himself into the 2016 presidential election twice, the last time just a couple of days before the vote, in order to keep his job as Director of the FBI. He was willing to do that, but he isn't willing to acquiesce to a fraud perpetuated by Donald Trump against an honorable man, President Obama. That is my opinion, but it is an opinion strongly held. So yes, you can dislike Comey a great deal for what he did in 2016, and admire him today for not going along with Trump's latest act of madness. They are not mutually exclusive.

Exactly where is the proof? All Trump has to do is call the FBI and say that he wants the records on this released. He has that power. He has that authority as President. Why hasn't he done that? You are falling for Trump's spiel without any proof. His track record is that he went on for almost a decade that Obama wasn't born in the United States, claimed that Cruz' father played a part in the Kennedy assassination, doesn't believe there is climate change, now he trots out this with as little evidence as there was of those other fairy tales. Yet you are wise enough to buy into it despite the fact that as President he can get the answers he wants without any further investigation by anyone. It is no problem at all for him to do that. Yet Trump has not done this, and accused Obama of committing a felony, called him bad or sick, and is doing all of this without any provided evidence. What he's doing is showing a Europe skeptical of Putin, that the U.S. will engage in the same kind of propaganda and become completely untrustworthy. Trump had almost zero credibility already because of his previous lies. Now he pulls this, and has further eroded the trust of anyone who did actually believe him before. What a shame.
