    It hurts medium businesses as they would be required to provide healthcare to their employees or pay a fine.

    I'll reassure you SMB's would not be the most beneficial from HCR, whatever deal that passes. Preexisting conditions would far be more important. 50% of small businesses fail, so according to your logic, it actually helps prevent people from jumping into something they shouldn't in the first place. If you can't compensate for healthcare in your business plan, you probably shouldn't be starting a business anyways.

    Yes its true 50% of small businesses fail. But you cant reap any awards if you dont take risks and try. Also how would one know if their business is going to succeed or fail unless they try. So if you discourage these people from even trying you are also removing the 50% of small businesses that might have made it. = bad for the economy and bad for America
