Only dumb r****d Radiohead fans thinks this cool. Hey they DIDN'T PLAY THIS SONG.. How cool!!! Hey Thom didn't do an ENCORE.. How cool!!!!
You can't unbiasly rank their albums so that doesn't work. I'd put every oasis album ahead of any radiohead album but I'm an oasis fan. An unbiased poll would probably have ok computer first and morning glory second followed by everything else. I personally think definitely maybe is by far the best oasis album and standing on the shoulder of giants is one of the two worst.
Ok Computer was overrated, the Bends was better, then Radio Head made garbage (no offense to Garbage cause they are cool) Be Here Now was underrated and was awesome. <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/evWv5jRYSh8&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/evWv5jRYSh8&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
When I'm in the mood for relaxing, I prefer Oasis. I would like Radiohead more If I had a chance to see them live perhaps.
That's not my list, but considering how many times I see that album praised I assume people would likely put it first. Be here now kicks ass, I like it every bit as much as morning glory.
Thom Yorm is not Maxwell, he's a wimpy guy who doesn't even like touring Maxwell was a warrior and bad mker like Liam!
I agree with Moe. Radiohead = more talented Oasis = more listenable/marketable Radiohead has more songs I like, but my favorite Oasis songs I like way more than my favorite radiohead songs.
I like both, but have to go with Radiohead of the two. Oasis makes more accessible songs and are great to sing along with. Radiohead though, just makes music that resonates much better. Tinman- The reason their fans don't care if they play Creep or not is because its not in their top 20 best songs. It is a good one, but nowhere near most from The Bends, the "overrated" OK Computer or even In Rainbows. They're pretty good live and did two encores when I saw them last year in San Diego. Thats a show I've been wanting to see for a while and finally got the chance. They're pretty good. I have to agree with the earlier poster that Oasis music all has a similar sound to it over the years. The stuff off of Heathen Chemistry is not very different than What's the Story. With Radiohead, you can listen to two albums and they have very different feels to them. Does it make them better than Oasis, maybe, maybe not. It does keep it fresh though and they haven't started to stink. Also the Thom Yorke is not a huge douche like Liam Gallagher.
Nope, that's from Yorke's solo album The Eraser. Don't diss Black Swan! Two years ago I listened to that song nonstop. I could probably never get sick of it. The beat and vocals are astounding.
Yeah, at first I was iffy on that album, but I've some around. Atoms for Peace is another one of my favorites.
No doubt, no doubt. That was my sister's fave back when it came out. We used to blast that album in the car at night, each song is so haunting. Flying saucer eyes... Thom Yorke has always been a great lyricist.
Oasis had the songs that made panties drop. Radiohead is like a band that people like because they sound like ultra depressed and ****. Muse > Radiohead.
Sorry bud, but I disagree. Muse is good too, but I can't listen to them for too long in one sitting. Plug In Baby is a beast though and fun to play on the geetar. Is it weird if you listen to Radiohead and don't get depressed? I think something may be wrong with me.
