I was 265 lbs in 2001 and then I started exercising and watching what I ate. I got all the way down to 155. Unfortunately, I started being lazy again and now I am up to 185. I need to lose about 15 lbs.
Got up to 250, then down to 185, then up to 230 again last August. Now down to 205 and declining slowly (and that's with a wife and kid). Still intent on getting back to my ideal weight of 170. It's all about motivation.
I used to be at 185, but since i have had some problems health wise the last 3 years, and i haven't been able to do sports that often now i'm at 220. My height is 6'7.
