good for you.. complete reconstructive knee surgery isn't exactly a quick recovery....... i'm doing the arm bike, upper body workouts, and my therapy.. but thats not exactly a great cardio, fat burner workout.
Weenies. 331... and falling. People swear I weigh about 250 upon sight. What can I say? I'm stout and I do still have a lot of muscle mass from my lineman days. I just added about a buck since marriage 12 years ago. Not good. Impossible you say? Nope. 10 or so of "lbs." a year is easier to let slip on if you don't watch it... What do I win? Btw- just had a complete physical... ZERO bad blood work (no high cholesterol or sugar, nothing), normal BP... just need to drop a about 150. No biggie. But it will be if I don't trim back down.
