two lies in less than 5 words. 1) HE recused himself and 2) there is as of yet no investigation of Sessions directly.

You still haven't explained why "Sessions recusing himself" (LOL!) is preventing work on infrastructure, healthcare, taxes, etc.

it's the smart and honorable thing to do and it's a massive distraction for the trump and his administration. and frankly the left and the media are creating nothing but political theater because there is very little substance.

You did in a way that was unclear what you were referring to which is why I asked.

The majority of Americans want an investigation. Members of Congress from both sides of an aisle want an investigation. And with all that has been uncovered to date it is important for an investigation to restore pub;lic confidence in our current administration.

And its disingenuous to blame "distraction" for Trump and his administration's lack of progress on important matters. Trump should be spending less time on Twitter and more time working with members of congress to get things done.

Folks don't recognize positive things about other posters often enough, but I am always impressed by how patient and respectful your responses to posters are on D&D. I have to admit I too often post things I later wish I hadn't, so I especially appreciate your posting style and content. If no one else appreciates it I hope you know I do at least. Many thanks!

This is not accurate and not entirely the issue at hand either. The CIA released a 14 page PDF of an unclassified version of their report detailing much of the evidence that proves there was Russian hacking and interference.

That isn't the same issue as the investigations about what contact the Trump campaign had with the Russians. So far there is no evidence of any wrong doing, which begs the question why are so many of his people are lying? I haven't seen one single report from an investigation that has been concluded on the matter. If you know of some, feel free to link them.

You are trying very hard to make this go away and pretend it's already finished. The facts simply disagree with you. Of course Trump could make it go away quicker by fully cooperation with investigations, and getting everything out there in the open including his tax returns. Again he is unwilling to do this? Why?

Lets just be honest for a second please....

Trump built the theater that the Democrats are playing in by the self inflicted overwhelming amount of Russian ties that HE created & lied about.... The Democrats didn't make him NOT release his tax returns, gush about Putin, LIE about campaign members meeting with the Russians. The Democrats didn't create Cyber war against the United States when BOTH of our party's servers were hacked.

I don't like the phrasing you are using "Substance".

The correct phrasing should be Incriminating Evidence Vs Circumstantial Evidence.

We have a LOAD of Circumstantial evidence, but the argument really needs to be how much the Democrats want to push this without incriminating evidence while they could be focusing on Trumps many other political weaknesses like -

-The fact that his first Executive Order made it harder for working families to purchase a home
-The fact that he ripped apart legislation in order to allow companies to poison your water
    -etc etc etc.

Those political points are points that have real evidence to use politically that voters care about on the campaign trail. While IF EVIDENCE IS FOUND, make no mistake, the Russian story will be the biggest scandal in modern day US Political history, it might not be POLITICALLY the best thing for the Democrats to be spending most of their efforts on.

So I'll admit that you do kind of have a point there. Democrats can't pin their hopes of taking down Trump on "IF" the circumstantial evidence turns out to be incriminating or as you say.... having "SUBSTANCE". If this turns out to not be incriminating the Republicans will use this against the Democrats because they couldn't prove he was guilty.

All of you can get back to me when you have a real scandal with teeth. Until then I refuse to participate in this bogus administration assassination attempt. All of you scandalmongers should be ashamed of yourselves.

    I'll be waiting...

In my opinion, you're being delusional, with all due respect, but if you don't want to post in D&D for a while because you're "waiting," it's your choice.

Also, you should really give B-Bob's post another read.

I bet both of you were so happy when you incorrectly thought I was leaving. Not so fast..., I never said I was leaving, just not participating until you show me something real. I won't waste my time on figments of your imaginations or your hallucinations. Give me something real and you have my word, I'll be waiting.
