forgot to add and I can't edit... What Jesse fails to understand is...
    a. Non-US citizent do not have protection under the US Constitution.
    b. The rule of Law as he calls it (Law Of Armed Conflict) does not apply to non-combatants. there are many rules to be considered a lawful combatant and Taliban and Al Quaeda don't follow, or fall under any of them.
    c. I almost threw up listening to the moron, so I didn't finish... however if he speaks of the Geneva Convention somewhere in the video, that only applies to the countries who are part of the Geneva Convention. Al Queada and Taliban are not countries and have not adopted the Geneva Convention laws.

The Constitution applies to the US govt.

Also the Geneva convention has sections on this which apply to individuals and not governments.

I chose Ventura because he has been through the same training that you held up as the expertise necessary to comment on whether waterboarding is torture. However, in addition to Ventura, the US Army, the FBI, police organizations, and the majority of governments throughout the world also say that waterboarding is torture.

Please show me what part of the geneva convention applies. I don't think you can but I will gladly tell you that you are right if you can. BTW I am Military and have been for 15yrs, and know just a little about LOAC and Geneva Convention.

I guess it all depends on who you ask then. I guess I am mentally stronger than some and didn't suffer extreme anguish, and since there was no lasting physical effects or discomfort than it wasn't torture to me.

The U.S. intel and CIA are part of team Obama. But it was Obama's leadership that allowed this operation to take place.

Remember during the election how many people were sure that Obama's willingness to use US personnel inside the Pakistan border would be disastrous.

Thank goodness Obama had the leadership and common sense to allow things like this.

Agreed, this accomplishment by Team Obama pushes the years of Bush ineptitude a little further into the fuzzy haze of history.

CIA has been operating inside Pakistan way before Obama came to office. I will give him some credit for allowing those in charge of our miliary and CIA go after these guys where they sleep though.
