[NYT] Puerto Rico Tries to Preserve Cockfighting Days Before Ban

Mostly with you. I think the legislation for this kind of stuff should be at the state/territory level and the feds should stay out. I know they've used the interstate commerce clause in the past to rationalize federal interference on the mainland, but I see it as an excuse to overreach with federal power. All the more so with Puerto Rico. I'm not too keen to have legal cockfighting anywhere, but I'd rather have Austin tell me I can't than have DC tell me.
