The quickest way to get rid of Castro (on the US side) is to allow unrestricted access to US citizens - just make Cuba into a tourist haven with $99 dollar flights from Southwest etc. This would put US dollars directly into the hands of Cubans ~ money = power.
of course if your black and pregnant...you'd lvoe to be in cuba instead of nyc. theres more of a chance that your child will live and stuff... but nevermind. greedy capitalism. wohoo.
