    Yet, if you look at 2018, black (and most all other group) turn out was at historic level. This is Trump driven turn-out. Turnout on the right was also very high (yet they lost big). You are going to get a repeat in 2020 as far as turnout, and I won't be surprise if it reaches or even surpass 2012 numbers among black voters. I can repeat the same chart for young people.

    Is it persuasion of swing voters or mobilizing your base? I don't think it really matter in 2020 with either Biden or Warren, but if I have to make a bet, I would bet on the base and go with Warren.
