Speaking more so from the viewpoint of their parents, grandparents, etc. That's why I don't "come out". I have a long-term boyfriend, but I occasionally like to have some fun with an attractive female. My parents (Catholics) do not care that I have premarital relations with my boyfriend, but would absolutely freak if they knew I was into girls, too.
I agree, and I think there are some aspects to life that science shouldn't crack. Very soon, the question of free will is going to be put to task with each new discovery in neuroscience. That wonder will always be there, but I fear we'll throw it away for empty promises of something new and better.
I ok with science cracking the questions...with finding answers. But we treat those answers so clinically when we think about them from afar...when we think about other people's lives or other people's decisions. But when you actually experience it, it's something far more than chemicals and neurons. We can explain sex, quite obviously. But the power of sex? In that moment...in that intimacy? You can diagram it all you want, but you still can't capture it.
hmm...very nice...Oh, on the topic at hand, I would agree...but that's because I think girl on girl is hot...well, hot girl on hot girl that is...
