    Not really. The cop's a hypocrite for reproaching someone for a traffic infraction while committing one of his own. Sweet Lou's not the one that started the conversation by telling the cop he was in the wrong, even though he was. He was just walking by. I don't see where Sweet Lou did anything wrong, including calling the cop an a-hole.
