I'm not looking to impress anyone. I'm looking to make sure DD knows his arrogant posting doesn't go unnoticed. He's usually wrong, and he deserves to be taken to task from time to time. My positive rep skyrocketed after posting that.

Also, I said that we would make a run @ Carmelo using KMart forever and a day ago. It was unpopular to make the run @ Carmelo, and it was unpopular to dangle Martin as opposed to Brooks.

However you take the posts, is as you read them. There is no arrogance in my posts, just one fan having a good time rooting for the Rockets.

well...yes and no......Yes, Denver can hold out for the best deal ....but NO, because if Melo wont sign an extension with whomever the Nugs deem a good trade partner, then that team wont do the deal

It seems like New Jersey is not in the running for Melo for now. The recent tweet by Broussard saying that he will not sign that extension should narrow the list to about a few teams.

I'm still worried about New Jersey and the Lakers could always offer up Odom and Bynum for Anderson and Melo.

Clippers still have a puncher's chance at him as well, if he's strictly about glamor.

I think New York and New Jersey are being used as leverage for us to ante up our offer, or the Bulls to include Noah.

I just don't see Melo in a Knicks jersey unless he waits till free agency. Other than Randolph, I don't see anything appealing on the Knicks roster.
