Wouldn't there be citizenship issues with Mccain's Panama birth and the constitution's definition of natural born? They can say technically the army base is the USA, but it's still not within the USA borders.

I don't know. I think because both parents are U.S. citizens for at least 1o years, 5 of which were past the age of 16 than their child would automatically be a natural born citizen. Of course I am no expert. Also I am not saying what I posted is factual. I have no idea only I find it surprising for the KOS and GAWKERS to defy it before it is even being reported by any worthy news source.

OMR: I think you're taking too literally the McCain refrain of "Country First" & "The American President Americans Have Been Americans For." Obama was born in Hawaii. It doesn't matter if his mother slept with the U. of Hawaii football team, dude was born in Hawaii. I find it disturbing that you believe/promote fringe conspiracy theories about Obama's origin from gossip sites, but discount out of hand, without evidence, an article from the magazine affiliated with the "Paper of Record."

(I googled Gawker. They were mocking the story, not because it has merit, but because it's funny that someone "stumbled upon" "vintage" p*rnography, and his first thought, ney his second thought, was, "Hey, that looks like Barack's mom." I realize a lot of people are fixated on this election, but that takes the cake.)

Hey I am not saying it's true. It's just that there are many people who say the Birth certificate on factchecks was a forgery. There is a report that he is not a natural born citizen. There is a court order for him to release his documents verifying he is qualified to be POTUS. And instead of releasing the documents that would disprove all of this. He is fighting it legally. ANd now some guy named Andy Martin is accusing Barack of being the son of Frank Marshall Davis and that is why he doesn't want to release the documents. This picture is used to show the comparison.

This guy not me is accusing Barack Obama of going to see his grandma because she may be the one to tell the story on her death bed. I know that is a terrible accusation. But remember it is not me who is saying it. I am a little suspicious because Barack hasn't released his documents. But I also acknowledge that unless there is some definitive proof it is just another hoax by some right wing whackos. That being said I just believe it would be the simple way to put an end to all of this stupid speculation if Barack Obama just showed his original birth certificate.

Yes, yes, you don't believe any of this, but feel the need to repeatedly bring it up? Ignore the stated topic because it it comes from a paper "in the tank," yet bring up wild conspiracy theories easily disproved with a second's questioning?

Again I have no proof but many people have discredited this BC as an absolute fraud.

Again I understand this could be another hoax. But no one has absolutely ruled it out yet and there is a federal court in Pennsylvania who is requesting Obama turn over documents for discovery.
