[NY Post] Cuomo refuses to resign, denies allegations in explosive AG report

So if they do that, they would only hurt the board, pretty soon, there will be only one singular thought. That would be a damn scary world, like communist China. I would not mind a good hazing, but if right off the bat, the rookie is being accused of having an alt account and a troll. To me that is pretty lame and I’m not sure if I should stick around.

I would guess that the NY state officials would prefer to not go through an impeachment trial and instead have him do the honorable thing and resign. Also guess it would be faster too.

This forum doesn't get much new traffic so it raises a lot of suspicion any time somebody new shows up. Especially someone with a minority opinion. It's happened before (with both libs and cons) so it's not an unfounded concern.

 

What you’re describing is a Trumpist. If you’re talking about a Conservative there certainly are issues that could generate debate:
1. The size of government.
2. The amount of federal spending.
3. The relationships between the States and the Federal government.
4. The limits of individual rights.
Those are just a few issues that are ongoing issues in our constitutional framework. Conservatives have and can continue to discuss and debate those without supporting Actions and rhetoric that go against the Constitution or medical science.

Damn, there’s a whole thread about this poster. I’m only on the 3rd page. The amount of pile on is crazy, so far, what I can gather is he made bets with other posters on the elections and he stiffed them. First of all, making bets on a board is crazy and second, it’s never cool to welch on a bet.

Of impeachment. It doesn’t look like Cuomo is wiling yo stop down and he’s likely going to try to drag this out. There might not be any option but to impeach him.

Also there are potential criminal charges that could come out of this too. Cuomo might feel that resigning might harm his chances with those.
