Real food is always the best. you need to know the right coffee dose for a good preworkout. I like to mix coke with 2 tsp of instant folgers. You can never outwork a bad diet.

    Real food.
    Coffee.
    Protein shakes.
    Vitamin Centrum
    Creatine Monohydrate here and there.

Iso-100 Protein. Best protein for losing weight.

All you need is protein, fish oil, mutli-vitamins and and perhaps monohydrate or ethyl ester creatine depending on how often you plan to work out. Coffee is good for burning fat too.

i agree eat good food 90+% of the time and that will go far in doing what you want. if you start to get your diet down, and work out and feel like you are hitting some walls then you can start with funneling money into supps. butttt that takes time to get to that point.

i use these multivitamins, which already have green tea extract in them and some BCAAs. also the iso 100 has some BCAAs in it as well.

Stay away from Creatine. You don't need it. If you want a pre-workout just stick to caffeine from coffee

    - Whey Protein
    - Multivitamin
    - Fish Oil / Flaxseed Oil
    - Proper Meals
    - Proper Rest
    - Water (lots of it)
