I think James and Jordan, Olajuwon, those guys were not to be had easily.
Realistically, you get a Francis, Gay arguably Tmac at draft position 9, Kobe at 13. Those guys.. mid to late lottery picks

Kobe wasn't all that in his first two seasons, especially defensively.

you're reaching dude. I don't want Toronto Tmac, that dude left his own cousin for glory in Orlando.

In your NBA2K99 simulation, you can have him. I'm getting some dudes who aren't injury prone and wayyyyyyyyyyyy better!

PS: Francis as a 2nd pick was too high..
    6-10th in a deep draft

    thanks to Simulation
but you get the picture, If you can't get Lebron, Kobe, Duncan you get the Jsmooves, Pennys, JJohnsons, Gasols or what their names are

If you can choose the top players for the team,
JVG, Rick or McHale would have Jordan, Shaq and Rudy Gay haha I meant Lebron

does your simulation have a team retire T-mac's jersey?

I imagine a Tmac fan would make this statue for him

Lol... the lego guy has a dirty stache
but to remind you... a player can still be considered due to charity work, integrity and impact in the world .....
All I am saying he has a chance, but not a great one

The only person besides Yao that should have his jersey retired is Elvin Hayes. That guy was the face of the Rockets for 4 years back when we were in San Diego. Plus he came back for 3 years at the end of his career.

OK new Idea, since you guys really seem to forget about the Mac. We should have a ring of honor, and I think the things he DID do for the Rockets when healthy would at least get him in, as well as Franchise, Yao, some of the Championship members like OT, Max, Kenny, etc. maybe a few cult heroes like Robert Reid, Allen Leavell, Mike the Shark Newlin and the Big E (who would still make a good case for retirement, since he's a HoFer and got the franchise really up and running in SD, as well as a big factor in Houston Basketball history) and among other players. I still think Ralph Sampson should get his no. retired, since you guys obsess over such a player taking us to the Finals, which he did, in probably the best way possible (Game 5 game winner vs. Lakers), and the franchise's only All Star Game MVP, also Rookie of the Year. And of course, he recently got into the Hall of Fame, so he'll be in good company with Mo, Dream, Glide, and Murphy (and Rudy T in the future).
