    Nope.

If you watch the last 3 minutes of some King's games, you will see why. When the refs start letting fouls go in the last 3 minutes of the game, Martin really struggles, when he can't draw the foul. That's why Kings fans complain about his ability to close out a game.

In Adelman's offense, anybody can hit the shot that closes out the game.

    This.

AB is good but Martin has proven to be a great #1 option.

9 times out of 10 in the NBA, you do not want your team's #1 option to be its PG. Similar to the rule of trading big for small. There are exceptions, but they're just that. Exceptions.

In the clutch, in final shot situations, there's no reason that you can't alternate between Brooks until you figure out which is the better bet. Plenty of times, your bread and butter guy doesn't have what you need in the closing minute. The Lakers wanted to ride Shaq and let Kobe close.

Let's enjoy the ride, they'll need a few weeks to let the pieces fall into place.

Read an article saying that Martin struggles to create a shot by himself. But runs a play for him and he will soar. So for me, AB have the ball and we will see.

The #1 option next season will unquestionably be Yao. Because we will have the opponent and because the refs don't like to blow the whistle, we are going to be able to go into Yao and let him hammer down his opponent. No BS offensive foul calls either in the last minutes. So, Yao will be able to bulldoze in and get it down.

For this year....whoever gets open. What is going to be terrific is to watch the player movement before the first pass inbound, right after the ref hands Shane the ball.

Depends what Brooks wants to do with the ball. Usually he isolates, drives and throws up a weird lay up. With some very strong english on it. This of course is at the end of quarters and the game. But number one option as in the teams go to guy throughout the game, KevMart....'till Yao gets back of course.

Yao is to easily fronted and he's a turnover machine as well that's why he's not a good option to close games. Also in the post the refs will allow the defense to mug Yao if he manages to get the ball. You need a strong swing man that can shoot over the defense of finish with contact at the basket.

Wade, Kobe, Mel, and Lebron the league and rules have been set up for these guys which is bull by the way a foul in the post should be called the same as a foul on the perimeter. Can Martin do the same thing he has the size but he's not very heavy so we shall see won't we.
